AKIO OTSUKA | ORIGINAL

Known by his colleagues as the Custodian, Akio specializes in cleaning up other peoples' messes and erasing all traces of incriminating evidence. Following Kieran's departure from the Jackals, he became Fionn's second in command, though his acceptance of the position was not for want of power, but for fear of the affixed responsibilities falling once again into the lap of someone ill-suited to the role and negligent in the line of duty.
